Dart Stables Cancellation Policy

This following policy applies to the cancellation of the riding options below :-

• The River Wild
  
• The Ride of the Rings
  
• The Trilogy Loop
  
• The River & Rings
  
• The Loop & Rings

There is no charge if cancelled :-

• by 5pm the previous evening for a morning ride.
• by 10am for an afternoon ride.

100% charge applies thereafter

The following policy applies to the cancellation of the Overnight in Paradise trip

 

The Overnight in Paradise can be cancelled at any time however :-
• - a 25% non-refundable deposit is taken on confirmation of the trip
• - the remaining 75% is paid a month before the trip departure date and is non-refundable
